What´s New

Dear friends,

On December 16, the art exhibit Red will come to an end. For another ten days, we would like to invite you to discover or rediscover it once again, like the more than 2 000 visitors who have already came since September.
For our members, the preview of our next art show, Sex, Money and Power, will take place on Wednesday, January 16. It will be open for the public from January 17.

Sex, Money and Power will address topics abundantly present in today’s artistic creation, but not only. Thanks to the propositions of our guest collectors, including a collection of primitive arts, and of our guest artist Kendell Geers, this art exhibit will fall within a universal and timeless approach.

We decided to prohibit this art show to visitors less than 18 years. Our wish and motivation to give “carte blanche” - without any censorship -  to our guests, and the sensitive nature of a certain number of artworks oblige us to preserve the eyes of our children.

In January, Maison Particulière will be partner of the BRAFA , Brussels Antiques & Fine Arts Fair. We are delighted with this partnership, which means a lot to us, and would like to warmly thank the organizers. Maison Particulière not only intends to exhibit contemporary art, but wishes, as often as possible, to cross boundaries between contemporary and ancient art. On this special occasion, the organizers of the BRAFA  will offer 100 access cards to this prestigious art fair to our members.

More news, Maison Particulière is exploring new horizons with Twitter. From now on, you can follow live feed our latest updates. This way,  we hope to give you the opportunity to get to know us better.

This holiday season is the perfect time to thank our friends: collectors, artists, patrons, benefactors and members. Without you, as we regularly call attention to, we could not have achieved, the way we did, our projects at Maison Particulière. This year you have answered our call with generosity and simplicity, allowing us to accomplish exhibitions we are proud of: Lightness?, Struggle(s) and Red.

Above all, we would like to wish you all a beautiful holiday season… let it be sweet, restful and happy.

Sincerely,

Myriam and Amaury de Solages
